Son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, uncle, friend, printer & master mechanic, guitarist, handyman, servant of God, disciple of Jesus, son of the Most High God, and SO MUCH MORE!
Joe was a JOYFUL character and lived his life from that foundation of Joy ... because Jesus was his FOUNDATION for life and eternity! In so standing on The Rock of Jesus, Joe brought joy to those around him with his smile, his humor, and his gentle way, even when times were tough; he was ALWAYS positive!
Even when Joe could no longer do what he used to do, his service to the Lord and his church here at TFN kept BLESSING our kids (and us adults). Forty years ago, Joe designed and built our Junior Quiz boxes that are still being used today ... Can you say, "STURDY"?! In fact, at Joe's celebration service, those who were able to attend watched a "junior quiz"-style quiz with some not-so-junior quizzers who showed us how much they knew about Joe ... NOT MUCH! Those were some joyful moments just like Joe was present helping us smile.
If you missed the opportunity to be present for Joe's Celebration of Life Service, you can read his full obituary here and still leave a message for his family or a memory of Joe. We apologize that we were unable to record Joe's service for you to enjoy.
